TIMETABLE & Classes

We are a class based fitness facility so booking is essential. 

CLASSES & OPEN GYM FACILITIES

With our multiple membership options we have functional fitness classes, 45 min cardio classes, open gym sessions from 4.45-7.30pm and personal training sessions available.

Group Functional Fitness Classes. 
These classes are 60mins long, they include;
Warm up
Class briefing
Strength or gymnastics practice element
Workout of the day

45min Cardio Classes. 
Our cardio classes are a 45min low impact training session designed to improve your general fitness.
These are for you if you want to;
Improve recovery times within workouts 
Increase movement capabilities
Burn / Lose fat
Increase your stamina
Build mental toughness

Workouts range from short and sharp interval work to long steady state pieces.

Specialty Classes. 
These classes are 60mins long they run Friday 5.45 - 6.45pm. 
We keep these varied and run them in 6-8 week blocks. 
They range from powerlifting, weightlifting to gymnastics or stretching. All based on what our members are asking for!
They are run as an open gym style session where you can pick from a range of options and the coach is working alongside you.
